Our cozy cottage or spacious house is just what you and your friends (or your whole family) need after a long day at the summit point track!

General Info
Rates
House: $350/night for up to 4 people. Cleaning Fee: $150 per stay
Cottage: $210/night for up to 3 people. Cleaning Fee: $110 per stay
House & Cottage: $525/night for up to 7 people Cleaning Fee: $250 per stay
$50 per person per night beyond that.
2 night minimum.
$50 per dog per stay fee.
Larger groups for longer stays may request a discount. If unbooked the week prior to an event, will offer to a single person at a reduced rate.
Location
3.4 miles/7 minutes from Summit Point Motorsports Park.
(1/2 mile as the crow flies)
Catering
We have great relationships with a few local restaurants and chefs. We are happy to point you in the direction of great food to eat out or cater in!
Outside
Communal use firepit, Dining pergola, gas grill, fenced yard.

Sleeping Rooms
House sleeps 1-4 people. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom with two XL Twins.
The Bathroom
Full bath with tub/shower, single sink and toilet.
The Common Area
The living area has a large sectional sofa, a giant TV, a dining room for 8 and a large chef's kitchen with counter seating. The perfect vacation rental for motorsports enthusiasts or nature lovers.

Cottage sleeps 1-6 people. On the main floor there is a bedroom with a full size bed. The Loft has a King and two XL Twins. The common area has a sofabed. The perfect vacation rental for motorsports entusiasts.

A truly unique design created just for groups. The toilet is in one room. The shower is in another room. And everyone can get to the sink area!
The Common Area
The kitchenette has a full-size fridge, toaster oven, microwave. Comfortable sofa in the TV area. Cute dining bar next to a window.
